What to include

If something looks broken — a wheel that will not spin, a result that looks wrong, a page that will not load — the most useful thing to include is which tool, which browser, and what you typed into it. That is usually enough to reproduce the problem without needing anything else from you.

If you have an idea for a new tool, say what decision it is meant to help make and, if you can, a couple of real search phrases you would use to find it. That second part matters more than it sounds: a tool built around a real, specific search phrase reaches people; a tool built around a vague idea usually does not.

What this is not for

This is not a support line for anything time-sensitive — if a wheel is misbehaving during a live class or event, the workaround is almost always to reload the page and re-paste your list, which resets the tool to a clean state. There is no phone number or live chat, and there will not be one; keeping the site free depends on it staying a small, low-overhead property rather than a support operation.
